Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Property Listing Specialist to join our real estate team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating, managing, updating, and optimizing property listings across our website and other digital platforms. You will work closely with property owners, agents, photographers, and internal teams to ensure every listing contains accurate and engaging information.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and publish residential and commercial property listings.
• Collect and verify property information, including pricing, location, size, features, and availability.
• Write clear and attractive property descriptions that highlight key selling points.
• Upload and organize property images, videos, floor plans, and other media.
• Keep property listings updated when prices, availability, or features change.
• Review listings regularly to identify missing, outdated, or incorrect information.
• Categorize properties correctly based on type, location, status, and features.
• Coordinate with agents and property owners to collect required information.
• Ensure listings follow company branding and content standards.
• Monitor listing performance and recommend improvements.
• Maintain accurate property databases and records.
• Help improve search visibility by using relevant keywords and well-structured listing content.

Requirements

• Previous experience in real estate, property listings, administration, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable working with websites and content management systems.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing and SEO is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple property listings and deadlines.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
