Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and creative Property Marketing Lead to develop and manage marketing strategies that generate awareness, leads, and sales for our residential and commercial properties. The successful candidate will lead campaigns across digital and traditional channels while working closely with the sales and property teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies for property projects and listings.
• Create campaigns for apartments, houses, commercial spaces, and new developments.
• Manage digital marketing channels, including social media, email, search, and online advertising.
• Develop engaging property content, including advertisements, landing pages, brochures, and social media posts.
• Coordinate photography, video, virtual tours, and other marketing materials.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize marketing activities based on results.
• Work with sales teams to generate and improve qualified property leads.
• Research market trends, competitors, buyer behavior, and local property demand.
• Establish consistent branding across all property marketing materials.
• Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively.
• Track key performance indicators such as leads, inquiries, engagement, and conversion rates.
• Coordinate with external agencies, designers, photographers, and other marketing partners.
• Identify new marketing opportunities and technologies that can improve property visibility.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in real estate marketing, digital marketing, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of property marketing and lead generation.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Experience with social media and digital advertising platforms.
• Basic knowledge of SEO, analytics, and content marketing.
• Strong creative and analytical thinking.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
• Experience working with sales teams is preferred.
